“BOSS”- Quite a heavy word, right?
Who is he/she exactly? What is his/her exact role?
The one who supervises us or the one who lays down
the authority?
Authority? Then who is a DICTATOR? How to we define
Dictator?
The one who gets his/her job done at the cost of
others? The one who thinks oneself supreme? Or the
one who leads others?
Leads? Then who is a LEADER? What is a leader’s
part?
To be upfront and carry others along? To be a
backbone for others? To rally people to move forward?
To see a vision for the entire unit? To knit and manage
all?
Manage all? Then who is a MANAGER? How is he/she
placed?
A person responsible for controlling a group? A person
responsible for administering? A person who can
manage and allocate the resources well?
Well, a BOSS, a DICTATOR, a LEADER & a MANAGER
can be the same with a pinch of every character,
situational or absolute, or can be altogether different.
Just to demarcate; A BOSS acts as the literal head, A
DICTATOR acts as the oppressor, A LEADER a mentor &
A MANGER is an operator.
DECIDE WHO YOU ARE AND WHO YOU WANT TO BE!!
